Check them out!
Well, I think I'll have to remove my maps of the world and US after reading such a funny and way cool blog...check it out here.
Yeah, I've been nowhere, man!
These two girls are just who I want to be when I grow up, er...or wait, they are who I wish I WOULD have been at their age. Or wait, I don't want perfect daughter reading that because I'm already having long conversations why I do NOT think it's a great idea for her to climb Everest in the next few years and no, I don't really want to see the videos of her air acrobatics. Anyway, their post on spending the night at Delhi airport brought back vivid memories to me of similar nights spent (one in Kuala Lumpur, where, strangely enough, they had some delicious Kentucky Fried Chicken brought in for the stranded passengers...).
In other words, if I wasn't afraid of everything, wasn't 45, wasn't fat, didn't like my creature comforts and didn't believe in yeti...I would so be Claire and Lara. And just as I have discovered them, they won't be blogging for a couple of weeks. Please be careful on Everest, girls...

I'm soooo excited to get your comment!!! I guess this means you're back from Everest, but I'm getting ready to race over and read your blog.
Thanks for liking my books...after reading YOUR list, I realized I left off Maugham. I LOVE him. I need to add that to my profile! Thanks for reminding me.
Can't wait to go get updated. Thanks for commenting--and I'll be following your journey, you can count on that.
